SHORT MACERATION WITH THE SKINS, IMMEDIATE SEPARATION OF THE MUST, LONG FERMENTATION WITH SELECTED YEASTS IN INOX TANKS (CHARMAT METHODE) AT CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE (15-16°C.), COLD BOTTLING IN STERILE BOTTLING LINE.

HALF-DRY AND MELLOW WHITE SPARKLING WINE (15,8 g/l RESIDUAL SUGAR), LIGHT AND DELICATE, WITH AN INTENSE FRUITY BOUQUET.
