    SOFT PRESSING, THEN FERMENTATION FOR 8-9 DAYS AT CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE (22-24°C.), PRESERVATION IN THERMOCONDITIONED INOX TANKS AND COLD BOTTLING IN STERILE BOTTLING LINE

    FRUITY WINE WITH A COMPLEX STRUCTURE AND RICH COLOR.
